Request a Return – Contact us at contact@livingwithblooms.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the Item – After approval, securely package the item and send it to the return address. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
